I had long distance calling to the USA for the period 1 September to January 14, while my house was under construction and I have living in other rented facilities. They started deducting from my bonus, not the I paid for, So, I really got nothing. I never had a problem with Virgin until this point, today. She then proceeded to talk over me spending 10 mins explaining that I could visit an apple store if a I had an issue with the phone. Now almost 2 weeks later I phone retentions and get told that they cannot process anything because I am 60days in arrears on my account! They have offered NO compensation for the 6 months of inconvenience and are happy to report that the problem is now solved as they have activated my sim. She called Virgin Mobile to set up her own account and was bombarded with security questions which was obviously my old information.

These are essentially independent middlemen who will arbitrate between the customer and the provider, and make the fairest decision possible. BT broadband and TV still earn most complaints Ofcom: Over the course of the 10 years my husband has used this company and a mobile provider for his cell phone, he has brought in 6 people to join Virgin Mobilie for their own cell phone use, myself included. Thanks I shall email him, hopefully I can now get this finally sorted. The tech also said they would send out a replacement phone for the broken one and we said no we did not want it. The least complained about service once again was Sky, with the Post Office and EE also performing well.
We have detected that you are using an outdated web browser. I wrote to the Complaints Department at Virgin Media six weeks ago. Virgin Mobile Canada - Rate Increases quickly!!! I am the author of review and would like to remove it. My Virgin internet went down and after they did not show up on 4 separate occasions and they had me stay home from 8am till 5pm I cancelled my service.
